Lakeside MRT sits on the site's northern edge, linked by an existing covered walkway. Here is what surrounds the homes, and what is inside them.
The site runs from Boon Lay Way down to Lakeside Drive, with Yuan Ching Secondary School across the road and Jurong Lake Gardens further east. Rulang Primary School is about 450 m away in a straight line.
The ground floor is given over to a community plaza, shops, restaurants and a supermarket (tenant mix to be confirmed), so everyday errands start downstairs.
There are 570 units in five blocks, numbered 30 to 38 Lakeside Drive. The mix skips one-bedders entirely: layouts run from 624 sq ft two-bedders to 1,432 sq ft four-bedroom premium units with an entertainment room.
Facilities are grouped into four zones across Levels 1 to 3, including a lap pool, a glass clubhouse and a pets garden.
Why people look at it
The site plan shows Lakeside MRT station directly north, reached by the existing covered walkway along the site's eastern edge.
With no one-bedroom units, every home has at least two bedrooms. Nearly half the units are three-bedders or larger premium types.
Primary and secondary schools sit within a few hundred metres, and Jurong Lake Gardens is under a kilometre away.

CDL Polaris Properties Pte Ltd, part of City Developments Limited (CDL), one of Singapore's established listed property groups.
Through the Government Land Sales tender for Lakeside Drive, which closed on 3 June 2025. CDL's top bid was S$608 million, or S$1,132 psf per plot ratio, among six bids.
The land price is a fixed, public figure, so it gives a reference point when comparing the eventual launch prices with nearby resale condos.
