This policy explains how personal data submitted through this Lucerne Grand information website ("the website") is collected, used and protected, with reference to Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This website is operated independently and is not the official website of the developer.

When you use the registration form, we collect your full name, Singapore mobile number, email address, the unit type you are interested in and your consent confirmation. We also record the page you submitted from and the time of submission. We do not ask for NRIC numbers or financial information through this form.

2. Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry about Lucerne Grand and send project information such as the e-brochure, price list and preview arrangements.
• To contact you by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about Lucerne Grand, as you consented to.
• To keep a record of your consent and our communications.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Consent and withdrawal
